From Internship to Entrepreneurship

As someone who has spent seven years working in the technology startup industry and has founded one myself, I've seen countless bright ideas fall by the wayside due to a lack of resources, guidance, or support. That's why I'm thrilled to announce my latest venture, The One Percent Company.

Our mission is simple: to help aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into successful companies, without sacrificing equity or control. We want to level the playing field and give anyone with a great idea the chance to make it a reality.

The problem we're solving

Entrepreneurship is often seen as a game for the privileged few. The truth is, it's difficult to start a company without a significant amount of time, money, or connections. This leaves many talented people with amazing ideas stuck in dead-end jobs, without the resources to pursue their dreams.

That's where The One Percent Company comes in. We believe that everyone deserves a shot at making their idea a reality, regardless of their background or financial situation. By providing mentorship, resources, and a community of like-minded individuals, we aim to help entrepreneurs succeed on their own terms.

Transforming ideas into reality: A platform for changemakers

We start by hiring interns from all domains, including design, accounting, engineering, and more. Each intern is paid a stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month and is required to submit an idea they promise to work on as a founder after the internship is complete.

Once the interns have submitted their ideas, we evaluate them based on their potential for success and select the most promising ones to work with.

Interns work for our company for a mandatory three-month period, during which they are assigned to work on different projects and teams. However, the real magic happens when they are given the opportunity to work on their own entrepreneurial ideas during this time. We believe that this approach not only helps our interns develop their skills, but also gives them the chance to explore their creativity and find their own path as entrepreneurs.

From there, we provide the founders with the resources they need to get their company off the ground, including mentorship, legal and financial advice, and access to our network of investors.
